Spring, TX - ABC 13 reported a three-year-old girl was attacked by a dog at the Loose Caboose restaurant in Old Town Spring located in Spring, TX.
According to investigators, the Waldroup family and their three-year-old daughter, Ronin, had just entered the Loose Caboose restaurant when a dog attacked her. The pit bull dog was wearing a service vest and bit the child in the face.
Surveillance footage shows the dog owner leaving with the dog and entering a car to flee the scene.
Authorities are continuing to investigate and expect criminal charges to be filed.
