Houston, TX - KHOU 11 reports one person was killed in a crash at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Fidelity in Houston, TX.
Reports indicate two vehicles were involved in the deadly crash.
One vehicle flipped over and crashed into a nearby building and caught fire. The occupant of that vehicle died at the scene. The name of the victim killed is unknown at this time.
Investigating authorities believe the crash was caused by 19 year old Herbert Talley, who was speeding. After colliding with the other vehicle, Talley fled the scene but was later apprehended by authorities. Talley is being charged with failure to stop and render aid.
