Missouri City, TX - KHOU 11 reports an off-duty Missouri City officer was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI) after crashing into another vehicle.
Officer Janavian Chocklin was speeding in a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV when he crashed into another vehicle. Deputies from the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash and arrested Chocklin after he failed a field sobriety test. He was charged with suspicion of DWI and carrying a weapon.
His employer, Missouri City Police Department, did not respond to requests for comment.
